Smile What's Your Favorite Dinner Entree?

Hello....I'm new to the Forum but been eating raw since October. Lost 10 pounds the first month!

I'm needing some more entrees for dinner recipes that are good. Would love your feedback as to your favorites.

    Thanks,
    Texmom3b

I've usually finished most of my eating for the day at dinner time. I may have a banana, sometimes in the form of ice cream, or some dates and a few nuts.

Raw tacos (walnut taco meat wrapped in romaine leaves) with fresh salsa. The recipe is out of Rawvolutions book.

    Stuffed mushrooms
    guacamole
rolls - wrapped in the kale leaf or cabbage leaf (stuffing varies)
    mushroom croquettes - see below:

Baby bella mushrooms - 2 cups
    green onion choped 1 tbsp
    parsley choped 2 tbsp
salt, black pepper, water, coconut oil
ground sunflower & ground flax seeds 2-3 tbsp or more

Mix in food processor ( a little coarse texture is better) - add much sunflower/flax water oil to form croquettes - roll in ground pecans.....never made to the plate

marinated collard leaves: chop leaves into thin strips, marinate in olive oil, a dash of Braggs or soy sauce, a good squeeze of lemon juice, a dash of garlic powder, salt & pepper. Sprinkle on hemp seeds or sesame seeds. Can be eaten alone or mixed into a salad.

    Default Dinners

I love raw soups. They are so easy, and often they are even better the second day. I have made zucchini and avocado soup with dill, and also corn and red pepper soup with curry flavor. Take any vegetables, throw in an avocado and some spices, maybe a little lemon juice, some oil, and blend away.

I also love a raw marinated salad of cauliflower, tomato, and mushrooms, with any kind of marinade you like. Let it sit a few days--it just gets better.

    Good luck!

Since during the day I have 1 quart of green smoothie and a huge green salad in addition to fruits, cut up veggies, and what ever else I eat each day... I find at dinner time I love to have dessert! Whether it is cheezecake, or Alissa's Black Forrest Cake, Carrot Cake, or even something simple like Banana Vice Cream with Chocolate sauce... it really hits the spot and I can enjoy it without any guilt!
