    Boo! Sorry guys=)
    Nature's Pantry in downtown Bellvue, in Wa, has a Raw food bar - mon-fri 11-2. I went yesterday to check it out and there was not much there, but the chef promosed he would be more on his game next I came. There is also a fresh juice bar and some raw food items to buy mixed in with the regular items. The store is connected to the University bookstore.

    The juice/food was really pricey, but at least there is an offering on the Eastside.

    Let me try another link. There is a tab for the living food section.

    update=)

    I went over to Nature's Pantry today for a juice and a NOri Roll. Have not eaten the roll yet- I wans't even hungry, but it looked so good I bought it anyway=)

    I talked to one of the owners and she thanked me for mentioning them here, and I promised to get the word out of what they are doing. So pass the word along- there is a juice bar and raw deli food in downtown Bellevue!

    (there was an incredible looking choc cake too- maybe next time!)
