If anyone lives in the Triad area we are having a raw food pot luck Saturday, Jan 12th 2008 at Synergy Health.
You don't have to be 100% raw-food vegan to attend. This is an opportunity to learn more about the benefits of a raw-foods diet, and experience delicious, natural, living-foods dishes. Please invite your friends.
Everyone is welcome at the meeting, but if you plan to eat, you must bring a raw vegan dish to share so that there is enough food for everyone, (no eggs, meat products, gelatin, or dairy products).

I am in Thomasville! I have a friend that I met in Clemmons (she and her hubby offer a free class at their church where they teach the Hallelujah Acres lifestyle) and I think she sent me an email about it....now if I can just figure out where "Synergy" is!!
