    Default Need your help...best juicer?

I am looking for a juicer that will maintain the integrity of the food, i.e., minerals, enzymes, vitimans. I heard the twin gear juicers do not create much heat therefore not harming the goodness of the food.
I would appreciate suggestions and tips anyone could provide.
    Thanks

There was another thread here a few weeks ago about this and some listings posted.
One of those was a report by The Hippocretes Institute that said that The Green Star maintained the best levels of enzymes.

i have an older version of L'equip 110.5 mini pulp Ejector Juicer. Its easy to clean. But that side thing that holds down the top, just broke off. Which really really really stinks.

So right now I'm trying to use and older acme supreme juicerator thing. Very hard to clean, takes forever for the thing to stop when there's pulp in it. and I have to clean it out several times otherwise the pulp will cover the holes and hardly anything comes out. Oh, and most of the time I have to hold the sucker down b/c it wants to rumble off the counter.

Both of these were donated to me a few months ago when I started. Both are in perfect working condition although when I got them, they were well used and obviously owned by guys (neither were clean).

But the l'equips are good. More decently priced I believe.
I had to throw in my two cents b/c my thing just broke yesterday. I'm still mourning.

IMO the best juicers are slow turning so that they don't oxidize the food. They use either a mastication or press (squeeze) process and they don't heat the food.
