Just to clarify (yes, I used the banana first!)... Are the "hard winter wheat" berries the same for both Alissa's bread-type recipes and for growing wheat grass? I am getting back into sprouting and would like to be sure before I place and order for things I need.

Yes, winter wheat berries are the same as hard winter wheat seed.....
The other seed is soft winter wheat seed. It depends on when it was harvested.
I sell seed. Take a look...I'd rather juice my grass! :cool:
