Two ounces a day would be fine if you are just juicing for maintenance. If you were to do more, another 2 ounces, later in the day or right before bed would be fine. Don't forget, most raw food/juice, is meant to digest faster, so doesn't take as long to digest as cooked. At HHI, the guests drink it throughout the day, before their meals.
