Default The best citrus juicer out there?

I have really been getting into orange juice lately, and have been using my wheatgrass juicer which I know doesn't get all the juice it could. The main thing that is annoying is having to peel all the oranges. =(

I'd like to spend maybe $80 on a good, quality citrus juicer - or less obviously, but no more than $80. There are SO many on the market I'm getting dizzy looking at them all!

What do you recommend/use? The main thing is that it has to be easy to clean & take apart - doesn't necessarily have to be electrical. Thanks, all!

They have Electric Reamers for $20- or you can use a plastic or Glass one. You don't have to peel the Fruit, you just cut it in half and press down and there is a catcher for the Juice.

There is also one that has been on the Market FOREVER, where you use it Manually by pressing down the handle and the Juice is caught in your Glass. It is make of some type of Metal, maybe alluminun.

Hope you find one that works for you........Have a RAW Day.......

If you look up juicers here: http://www.revvellations.com/affiliations003.html (go to "Stuff we love" then "juicers") you'll see the two I love. The CitriStar is marvelous for a low cost juicer. We've since gotten the Breville and love it as well although, actually, the CitriStar is easier to clean.

I bought mine several years ago. It was a clearance item and I've not seen any more like it. My mom wants one, so I've looked. The body of it is plastic and it has some metal parts. You simply cut the orange or whatever fruit in half. Place the half over the "squeezer" part and then press down on the handle, pumping it a few times. The seeds get trapped in one part of it and they are easy to clean out. The juice goes into a bowl. Would have been nice if they made it so you could put a cup under it, but a cup doesn't quite fit. So perhaps this is why it was a clearance item? At any rate, it works well and doesn't make a mess like some juicers do.

I also have a cheap lemon reamer. I like it when I'm in a hurry, but I have to strain out the seeds when I use it.
