    I remember watching some of this a while ago, and being disappointed, not with the information or anything, just with Matt's public speaking. He was saying "um" a lot, and his speaking was just a pain to listen to. It could also be because he wasn't getting any feedback from anyone in the room, and if I remember right, there weren't a lot of people in the room.. it just seemed so quiet and awkward.
    What I liked was how Matt looked so "out of place". Like he was plucked from Nature and put into this professional setting :)

    I was surprised too when I watched this but not everyone can be david wolfe!

    Thanks for sharing that. The second speaker David is really great! I can sympathize with Matt (the first speaker). Really great info and now I want some raw chocolate!!!

    I listened to this talk and felt that he spoke too much about chocolate to the detrement of all the healthy foods.
    Not every body agrees with his take on that.
