    Default Tray method for sprouting

I would like to start sprouting quinoa, buckwheat etc but I think they are done via the tray method? I only have done the jar method for beans etc...any advice on how to do that?

    Thanks,!

I've used trays, jars and the Miracle Sprouter in which I don't have to rinse at all. Thing with buckwheat is, it's slimy. Needs rinsing quite often. Quinoa is sooooo easy ~ and fast ~ tray or jar. I think Alissa has quite a bit of info on sprouting in her book orrrrrr, go up to and click on the banana and type in ~ sprouts.
