It is not widely known, but Charlie Trotter's (a steakhouse in Chicago) offers up a full chef's tasting menu for those that request it. Recall, Charlie Trotter helped write a raw un cook book with Roxanne Klein a few years back. I just saw this mentioned in an article...it said about 2 tables per night request the raw menu. I am curious to know if anyone has tried it? It's definitely on my list for my next trip out there!
