    Default Hydroponic/aeroponic

The organic greens I can get here are all grown aero or hydroponically. I have always heard that plants get many of their nutrients from the soil they grow in. So, if that is true, what does that mean for the nutritional content of these aero or hydroponic veggies?

Default You'd get the same nutrition

that regular veggies have - just a few vitamins and minerals. I know someone who fertilizes his hydroponic plants with fish poop which would have a lot more nutrition.
