    Question Sprouting Question

Can anyone give me a step-by-step list of directions on how to sprout? I've searched on here and found bits and pieces of what to do, but it's just confusing me.

I understand the soaking, but how do I take off the sprouts?
What do I do with the nut afterwards?
    Can they re-sprout?
    How do you store them?
    Ayyy!

I need some Point-A-to-Point-B action, please!!!

It's just time for a change...

This is where I went to learn how to sprout:
    http://sproutpeople.com/seed/alfalfa.html
The link is specifically for alfalfa sprouts, but this site has every seed/nut I've heard of on it and lots of tips.

A few notes to answer your question quickly though....
-Each day after your initial soak, rinse seeds/sprouts and drain, do 2 or 3 times a day (before you go to work in the morning, when you get home, before you go to bed).
-As soon as they grow tails you can eat, but each seed has a different length of time to grow; alfalfa are maxed in 5 or 6 days.
-After your final rinse (usually day 5) let them air dry on the countertop then transfer to the fridge in a closed container.
