Default my daugher ate collard greens!

I just wanted to let you know that there is light at then end of tunnel! My daughter, who is terrible about new foods, actually ate a wrap ( using collard greens) stuffed with veggies/pate that she liked!!! The miracle is the collard green. She hasn't eaten any type of green like that in years!

So, mom and dads out there, don't give up hope. Keep presenting different food items, different ways.

P.S. My two boys eat anything. It is only my daughter who is hesitant with any vegetable.

    Blessings.

RawTruth, now that I think back, it was not pate, but the zucchini hummus. Sorry about that. The recipe for the zucchini hummus, is someplace in this forum. I think VeganVixen posted it someplace.

    Blessings.

Yep, I remember it -- thanks. I made a sunflower pate today, and the zucchini humus will be another nice thing to wrap up in my current craze for wraps. Plus, I'm trying out recipes to find enough to keep my daughter well and interestingly fed when she visits next week.
