O.k.~ so I am soaking cashews to make Snowdrop's ranch dressing. I left them out overnight because I am making it for dinner tonight. I just rinsed them and what did I find?!? A sprout. My cashews are sprouting. I keep reading over and over how cashews aren't really raw but I'm pretty sure that a sprouting cashew is a living cashew. I'm CERTAIN I am not the only one who has experienced this.... but I was so excited I had to share. WOOT WOOT!!
