    -Pudding.
Here is my favorite way to make fruit puddings:
Put the following into a blender (food processor probably works as well):
About 2-3 cups frozen or fresh berries (I love it with strawberries).
The flesh of one avocado (trust me on this, it makes it creamy).
    1/3 cup almond butter.
a couple tbsp coconut oil (optional, for extra richness-I often leave out).
    enough water to blend.
sweetener to taste (often leave out)
vanilla extract or the seeds from a vanilla bean. (often leave out)
Blend until smooth and creamy! Its delicious and filling, and so
healthy you can eat it for breakfast.

    It's my comfort food!!!!!!!

    Default Banana Pudding

I make the following quite often:

    1-2 bananas
    2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
    1 Tbsp. coconut oil

Blend well and enjoy! This is also very filling and satisfying, not to mention delicious.

i got an amazing pudding recipe from Shazzie's website. It has dates, bananas, blueberries and papaya. (I omit the dates) I usually use 2 banana's 1/2 container of blueberries and 1/4 of a papaya (the large ones). I put it in the blender and then let it sit for about 15 minutes. It jells up and tastes just like blueberry yogurt. I absolutely love it!!

    Default My all time favorite!

I love this pudding: 1 mango, 1-2 bananas and 1/2 a large papaya. It's awesome and very filling!! Enjoy!
