Default I'm starting my first large flat of wheat grass

I'm kind of psyched about it. I just hope with a little TLC it turns our O.K.

This one book stated that for healing to dring 12 ounces a day. A flat of one pound of wheat berries will produce about that much?

I've also been reading about Barley Grass and how it is in some respects as good or better and more palatable (though more bitter?) than wheat grass. Anyway, I ordered some Barley grass berries to grow some of that too. I may juice the two together with the hopes that the bitterness of the barley will tone down the sweetness of the wheat and vice versa.

The Barley is a bit bitter but I didn't find it significantly different than the wheatgrass. They are both so easy to grow, I love alternating between the two. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
