    Default Beet Juice Question

Hi. Can I juice the beet greens and stem? I was juicing a beet this week and I didn't know if the steam and greens where edible/juiceable.

Beet tops are nice juiced! I've heard you shouldn't use the little nub where it attaches to the root, though. But you can use all of the stem and leafy parts.
