If you are worried about meal planning in that way then you will have to read up on a lot of info.
You can put your daily food in to www.fitday.com and it will tell you what nutrients you have taken in.
Eat greens and yellows and reds and blues. The more color you get in your foods the better it is for you.

    Default Welcome

For me I've found it best to just abandon meals and graze. Grazing is best done in response to a slight hunger signal generated by the body and received by an attentive listener of the body's signals. The best grazing is done instinctively where you try to tune in to the body and supply it with what it needs. I like to graze through my day and night eating just enough to satisfy hunger and then waiting for a return of hunger to eat again all the while giving the clock no attention at all but rather giving full attention to the body's signals.

hello and welcome! I think you'll find that when you plan a "full meal" you'll be having to change your idea of what a full meal is now eating raw. I have found that I sure don't eat anywhere near what I use to consume at a meal and I've only been doing this for a week. The other night I set out a salad, 2 "burger" patties with sliced tomatoes, cut up veggies & pate and flax crackers. OMG!! I was so stuffed I thought I'd split a gut and I didn't even get thru the vegies and pate.......lol
Now I just put a bit on my plate and go from there. If I'm hungry I get something else out of the fridge. Having several different bowls of food prepared helps.
    Happy eating........

I've not been to the cafe but I also have the book. I've tried a few items from the recipe section (it's been awhile so I can't even remember what they were) and I always find myself using Alissa's book and this website for my most favorite meals. If you make it to Tree of Life, let us know!
