hello all! i am a flight attendant and for the month of november i'm gonna be working out of sanford florida and phoenix arizona. was just wondering if anyone's familiar with these areas? are there any raw foods places? any whole foods?

Hope you find RAW places you are looking for. Traveling and remaining RAW can be very difficult at times when you are in unfamiluar territory. Make sure you pack Plenty of Nuts...Dates.....Figs etc..to take with you.

well I live in greater phoenix area and I see that there is a Whole Foods store in central-east Phoenix and Scottsdale but as far as restaurants - don't know any. Hope someone else comes along that does know of one. admittedly I don't get out and about much.

Sanford Florida ....are you flying out of Orlando? I live way south but I don't know of any restaurants in that area,as I searched when I was just north of....I am sure there are Health Food stores - just google . If you find any raw restaurants let me know.....Local veggies are getting better though as it is cooling down a little!
