Default back after a long stay-away

I'm back on rawfoodtalk after a long time off. I'm still married and I've lost weight since getting married. Not much but that's why I'm getting into rawfoods big time. So much I could say but right now I'm getting into things that I LIKE and WANT and not things that I don't want. My biggest inspiration to go 100% raw are the folks I affectionately call my 'ladies' and 'geezers'. I managed to get a good job at a nursing home as a nurse aide and have basically adopted almost every woman as a grandma and every guy as my dad. It's a small town and there's nothing to do except hang out at the Dairy Queen (not!) and go tanning (not healthy!). So until Whole Foods decides to build a mega store here, I go to the gym to workout and preserve my back. I've lost a little weight but I want to get lean and streamlined and uncover all the muscle I have. I've been pumping iron seriously for a few months and my husband remarked 'OMG honey you're buff!' Even one of the male residents said 'You're on steroids!' after I gave him a boost all by myself. I do have some big arms and legs. I'm just curious as to how I'd look if I didn't have my au naturel padding

Also, since moving here and experiencing heavy emotional tumult with inlaws I've developed four small fibroids on my uterus. The doctor said I don't have to do anything but continue to take my fish oil, herbs and workout. I want them gone though and so the 30 pounds of emotional protection must go.

I was thrilled to see Alissa on Tyra Banks too. She smoked them all including Doctor Ian who I used to like but oh well. He can keep his SAD food medicine. I see the results of SAD fooder medicine every day when I go to work.

Aside from physical healing, I want to expand my exploration of my consciousness and spiritual life. I started out the journey to allow my thousand petal lotus to unfurl. It's a very painful process but worth it.
