I'm Carolyn Otis from Grove City, Ohio. Glad to see some Columbus and Springfield people on this site. Heard about Alissa from a friend back in August, ordered the book and spent about 3 weeks reading it. Accepted the 30 day challenge and have been feeling wonderful (well, right after that detox thingy), sleeping better than I have in 15 years, and loving the energy!:)
