    I Need Help On Cleasning My Colon From Mucoid Plaque.

    I Heard Its Best To Take Magnesium Oxde With Lemon For A Daily Colon Cleanse Drink

    I Heard Thats Its Excellent To Take Slippery Elm With Daily Enemas (coffee Enemas Or Lemon Enemas)

    I Have Bad Digestion And Leaky Gut. I Need To Imrpove Colon As Well As Stomach Acid Before I Add Kefir In My Diet.

    Please Help Asap.

    I just got done the Colon Therapy, it was very efficient and no regret. It was my first time and i am going for another round this Friday.

    This is like taking an internal bath.
