I am totally unable to sleep on my back and am getting disgustingly serious wrinkles. I look around and have to conclude that every woman I know or see is sleeping on her back. Is there some other way to not have these sleep wrinkles besides changing position which I cannot seem to do?

I don't get sleep wrinkles. I don't know what causes that? Get a smooth pillow case that is made of 100% cotton so your skin can breathe.
