    No, you cannot make spinach into the same thing. It breaks apart and you cannot get it off your dehydrator sheet very well. I tried it and it made a huge mess.:) It is just too thin.

    You can use collard greens though.

    I'm addicted to these! Yes, I agree, the coating is a great replacement for bleu cheese salad dressing. After coating my kale and sliding into the dehydrator, I threw some spring mix into the bowl and tossed it in the left over coating and it was heavenly. This recipe gets 5 stars from me!
