I haven't juiced in a long time, but this morning I decided to juice some of my produce that I am just not eating - it's delivered to my door every Wednesday via a co-op and some of it I just don't have a taste for.

So I juiced 2 cucumbers, about 8 tomatillos, 3 apples, and 2 cups of ground cherries. I drank about half of it, and then 10 minutes later felt really ill - like I was going to throw up! I had to lay on the couch for a while and fight it; I still feel queasy, almost an hour later.

So did I just come up with an awful combo, or is it some kind of an immediate detox symptom? I'm high raw right now, the past 7 days or so I've been eating a little bit cooked every day. What do you think?
