    Default "sprouted" almonds

I sprouted or soaked almonds a few days ago. i haven't had a chance to make milk of them.
do they go bad if I don't do anything with them?

    Hi Stacy!

Yes, they will go bad after several days in the refrigerator. You can dehydrate them until crispy, and they will last for months - I store mine in the refrigerator because I make a lot at one time to last for awhile.

I use crispy soaked/dehydrated nuts for snacks and for many recipes. You can also season them with whatever you like before dehydrating.

If you make mylk, you can dehydrate the leftover pulp and use in recipes. I store mine in the freezer if I am not going to use it soon.
