Default Who has done a liver cleanse?

Who of you have done one or more liver cleanses? Which method did you use and what were the results (stones and energy wise?). Did you also do pre-cleanses (parasite etc) or wasn't that really necessary?

I'm very interested in doing a liver cleanse, so would love to hear about experiences.

Hi Judy! I woke up this morning thinking "today is perfect for the liver cleanse"! And here you are.. no accidents are there?

I did the Hulda Clark cleanse almost a years ago. It was before going raw, I was about 75% raw.. and I'd been doing the Dr. Natura colon cleanse, which does have a parasite cleanse, although I didn't feel like that was really necessary. If you read some of Hulda's other work, well I think it's a little over-the-top anti-parasite. So I'm going to do it today w/o doing a parasite cleanse first, I'll let you know how it goes!

I had a lot of 'chaff', none of the hard stones like the pictures but a lot of green, well they looked like peas. And a lot of what looked like just clear water, which was pretty weird! I've been vegan for a really long time, and I read that it takes dietary cholesterol to form those stones, so that may be why I didn't see stones.. but I definitely felt stuff moving around in there, and afterwards I had a really nice empty feeling. It wasn't uncomfortable for me at all. But you reeeaaallly want to stay close to the bathroom!! Even the next day.

Since I was changing my diet to a lot more raw and doing the colon cleanse, it's really hard to tell what changes I could attribute to the colon cleanse.

    Hi again
I just found this survey, they surveyed 600 people who have done liver cleanses.. thought you might want to check it out (it's too long but there's good info on just the first few pages)

Any of you who know if you may drink in between?
The Hulda Clark recipe says no eating or drinking after 2.00.
Does this mean no drinking except for the epsom saltwater until lunchtime the next day?
