The above is from Alissa's post about the liver cleanse which is a VERY interesting post. It was recommended to do the parasite and kidney cleanse first. I have been searching but have not found a specific cleanse "recipe" for either. There are kits for the parasite kit but I would like to know if there is a way to do it myself and what the instructions would be.Preparation.
It is preferable to complete the parasite cleanse and the kidney cleanse first, although you can do this before the second liver cleanse – yes you will need to repeat it!
I guess what I am really wondering is if there are specific instructions for the parasite and kidney cleanse like there are for the liver cleanse.
Thanks for any help on this one. It is VERY interesting!

Nothing says love like cleansing parasites together. Calling tigger. I'll do it if you do.
Beppa, you in? Anybody else wanna get rid of some parasites? LOL Only on raw would a group of friends get together to cleanse worms.
