Thread: Tae Bo??

  1. #1

    Question Tae Bo??

Have any of you tried the Tae Bo workouts?? I'm looking for an alternative to walking for when it's rainy out. I don't mind walking in the rain at home, but I usually walk during my lunch at work so I don't want to get wet. :)

    Thanks!

Tae Bo is a blast... but it will kick your butt. HAHA!

Enjoy if you decide to do it.

I do tae-bo mainly everyday! It's a good workout. That's why I like it! It's something you have to work hard on & she's right, they will kick your butt! That's the kind of work that gives you results! I have 20 tae-bo videos and 4 more is on the way! I ordered Billy's bootcamp videos! I can't wait to get them!

    Default Tae Bo

You should try the new Bootcamp Tae Bo workouts with the "Billy Bands"....great workouts! Much more controlled than some of his previous workouts but still intense and the bands are great for toning! My arms were tiredddddd. ;)

Default I have 8 tapes by Billy Blanks-Tae Bo

Hi I just re stocked my Tae Bo tapes. Friends borrowed them and they got lost. I also ordered a kickboxing bag with 2 workout dvds from BB. His workouts are really good , they are very intense.

  10. Default Tae bo rocks!!!

Tae-bo is the best. It's really fun, I love billy :) It makes you stronger, more fit, and gives you will power! I love the first set of the tae bo videos - The Basic and Advanced. Billy is a very motivating instructor, I recommend you to do it! The first week or so you might get muscle sours but it goes away when your body gets used to it.

    Thumbs up

Well I have to agree that Tae-Bo is a ton of fun... and I'm wicked sore. :) I like it a lot though. I'm sure I'll be getting a couple more videos for variety.
