    Default spouting quinoa

Ok, so I want to spount some quinoa but I have a couple questions and want to make sure I do it right.

To spout it all I do is soak it for 4 hours then rinse them and let them spout for a few mor hours??

Once it's spouted how long will it last?

Do I have to rinse it more than once?

    Thank in advance

    Default sprouting quinoa

i soak them overnight and rinse them 2 times the next day - they sprout prety quickly and the little tails are not very long. don't sprout for too long or they get this weird sourish taste (done it many times!) hope that helps

When they finished sprouting, you can keep them in the fridge in a plastic container. Keeps a few days, they are so cute and continue secretly sprouting anyway. Yum.
