SOunds Awesome! Wish I was closer so that I could join in on your Bikram! I am also going to challenge myself to make sure that I do my own personal practice early in the a.m. as well. I already teach about 10 classes per week but I have found that my own personal practice is lagging a bit! Keep me posted on your progress. It's going to be so detoxifing for you!

I've been doing a night time yoga practice after I put my twins to bed. It's difficult because it builds a lot of energy and I have trouble falling asleep, but it's the only truely quiet time of the day (unless I wake up at 5:30am) for me to focus on my practice. I finally feel like I'm moving beyond my yoga plateau and reaching new poses with ease.

Rawjojo...are you in NE Ohio? I'm seariching for some raw foodies/yoga types in this area.

    Yeah Twinyoga,

Remember, we have spoken about it before. I thought you remembered.

Anyhow, Yes, I am still here in ne ohio? Have you found any good potlucks to join. I have been very fortunate finding quite a few new raw food friends right here in our area! In fact, I was just at another raw food class last night. i try to attend them as often as possible!

    Namaste!

Excuse me for not recalling our past chat about living so close. I swear the twins stole my brain cells.

I have not been successful finding local raw friends. I do know that Wild Oats offers a raw food class once a month but it's really hard to attend being that it is the kiddies bedtime.

Would you share some information with me? Maybe where there are some potlucks or some raw friends to share ideas with?

I'd love to participate somehow. (I'm also going to PM you this e-mail so we don't tie up this thread).
