Default sprouting seeds you usually throw away

Has anyone any experience of sprouting fruit seeds/pits/stones? Does anyone know which are edible and which are poisonous? What do they look like?

I assume apple sprouts are poisonous as the seeds contain cyanide?
Tomato sprouts are supposed to be poisonous.
Potato sprouts definately are. So are other nightshade-family-sprouts poisonous?? Peppers etc

I'd like to try sprouting avocado, mango, nectarine, pineapple, pear, peach, plum, apricot, grape....
does anyone do this and what are the sprouts like??? Thanks!!

I only Sprout them if I intend to Plant the Seed. I sprout Tomato seeds for a jump start having early Tomatoes. I have never eaten a Small Tree.....

You don't have to throw them away........You can compost them
