oh yes, i was reading another area of this raw food talk place and one of the people mentioned calorie counts for rebounding.

    here they are:

Linda Brooks notes that a 154 pound person will burn 1440 calories/hour running on a rebounder, whereas a regular runner would only burn 750. The flushing of the lymphatic system, though, may be even more important to weight loss, since so many people carry excess fluid weight there.

    somethings to consider.

    Default hmm

sorry for hogging the board..but i do not know when i will be able to visit the forum again for a while..super busy.

for further encouragement, for seniors to excercise, here is the website of a 74 year old raw vegan athlete..

i have not had a chance to look through it much.

i found it in another area..as inspiration to raw athletes.

    Arrow Rebounder

My wife bought a Rebounder last year and now I am down enough to use it too. But I have to wait for a bit to heal up some more first. But I will put it next to my treadmill and in about 3 months I will give that a go. It sure has no Impact to it. It would be easy on the joints too. I like burning up Calories too. Default 10,000 steps????

    Alice ...

Where did you guys go? I'm the only one who posted for the past two days. Surely someone else must be walking ... or maybe not. Hmmm ... Maybe I'll just use the thread for my own personal step journal.
