Learn ALL about the raw food diet and what amazing things it can do for you! All levels welcome. Even if you are just interested in incorporating more healthy, delicious foods into your diet, you will LOVE this class. We will be discussing the how's and why's of a raw vegan diet as well as learning to prepare easy and delicious recipes to delight and inspire you. Bring your appetite as we will be eating eating eating all the awesome food we make! This is also an Alissa Cohen Level One Raw Food Chef Certification class.

Would it be possible to get the raw community that meets in Waltham to post to this board? I blog regularly and there are many of us from the Boston area that I think might want to know. I, for one, would love to come, I've been looking for such a thing. Having it here on the board would help me and so many others who are looking. I"ve been envious of the community in the Bay area, looks they meet quite frequently!

Thanks so much! The class went really well and was lots of fun. They are gearing up for the Level 2 in September. I have lots of classes listed for the fall so I am really excited.

Life is great out here. There is so much happening these days... I'm biking out to hear Hillary Clinton speak the next town over in a few minutes. :)

I just looked at your fall schedule, and holy goodness! You do have a lot coming up! That's great that you'll have them back to do the Level 2 class next month! I have been thinking about Level 2 since I took your class, but I'm waiting because Carlos and I have been discussing the possibility of me doing Alissa's 5-day in November. I've all but got the official "okay"!
