    Default Master Cleanser

I just recently read the threads about the master cleanser. I was wondering if people think they should do a cleanse before starting to go raw or if not. Also, when is a good time to incorporate say a week cleanse into a raw lifestyle? Thanks!

i personally did a juice fast (not the master cleanse, so a bit less intense) in the beginning...before i was even vegetarian. and honestly, i recommend that route to EVERYONE (some have even taken me up on it) b/c a fast is good cleansing and it helps change your palate and balance you and enables your body to WANT to change your eating. It really helps with the cravings. I would NEVER have b/come vegetarian without my juice fast. I just know it. I had no intentions of doing so. It just grew out of my cleansing and my body (after the fast) started telling me to give up the crap, and was gravitating towards more and more veggie and less meat.....the rest, is history :)
