    Question Seedling, sprout, root?

I am very new to this website and I was just wondering what seedling, sprout and root stood for underneath the names.

    Hi,
    you start as a seedling,
then after 30 posts you go to sprout
then after 100 posts to go to root.

YES, Revvell is right, it is based on how many posts you make.

I post on another board that uses different words, but it does give your ranking based upon the number of posts.

there may be something in the help file that tells you what the breakpoints are, but I haven't looked.

If it says Moderator, then regardless of the number of posts you have, it was decided by Alissa and her fellow administrators that you qualify to moderate a discussion area.

Moderators can end threads and delete them and can delete users who fail to live up to the established standards of the board. Typically these are people that have been around a long time, have proven their stability and thought process, but it can also be someone new that has proven their ability.

As you can see, I have been yacking enough to have sprouted....soon, I may even grow roots!
I stand here in front of you at 180 healthy pounds....Anyone that can't see that lacks vision!
