Long story short, no matter where you get b12 from, the part of my intestines that absorb it are missing so I've been b12 anemic almost my entire life. I was taking shots until I started these liquid vitamins. Before the vitamins I was way below the charts. I got my blood tested after I started taking the vitamins and my levels were really high. I had much more energy and my mom said my moods were better.

I havn't had any vitamins or shots in a LONG time and no matter what, my energy is just not UP there where I feel it should be. I'm just reluctant because the vitamins aren't raw, but also have potassium sorbate in them. That's the only preservative on the label. It also isn't organic. I just don't know what to do. Any suggestions? The vitamins are by Buried Treasure from my health food store if anyone is familiar with them. Taking vitamins kind of weirds me out though. Why not get the nutrients directly from food? I guess to answer my own question (the debate in my head) is that they're liquid and I WILL absorb them since I don't absorb much of what I eat anyway.

I'm going round and round in circles about this! Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.
