I am very excited to announce to all you members that Victoria
Boutenko, (www.rawfamily.com) internationally-acclaimed speaker
and author of the best-selling books "Green for Life", "Raw
Family" and "12 Steps to Raw Foods" will be speaking in Los
Angeles on Wednesday, August 22nd from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The topic is -- Raw Food: Science & Facts.

If you've never heard Victoria speak, you're in for a real
treat. Even though she will also be presenting in Huntington
Beach, San Diego County, and Lancaster (!) ... this is a
special appearance in Santa Monica. I wanted to get her booked
there because so many people from the Westside who are new to
raw have been contacting me. I wanted to make sure everyone has
the chance to hear and ask questions of one of the most solid,
research-based, long-time raw foodists around. I have heard
Victoria numerous times and have communicated with her over the
last few years and she is the real deal.

This will be a popular event and the venue seats only 50
people, so be sure to reserve your space early!

There is a cost of $15 if pre-registered and $20 at the door.
This price includes a green smoothie (made by the inventor of
green smoothies herself!) and handouts. Victoria consciously
keeps the price low so everyone can afford to attend.

I will be releasing flyers and announcements to the general
public in the next few days, but I wanted you meetup members to
get early notice. So be sure to check your calendars and make
your plans as soon as possible.

Please register by calling or emailing me directly after you
have RSVPed "Yes" on the meetup site. I know this is a
duplication, but doing so will give me a direct contact for
you. Also, expect me to contact you shortly before the date to
confirm your reservation since this will be a high-demand event.
