Ok Trekkie fans. I was reading all of the amazing replies to various health concerns on this site and it occured to me...RFT is like the health & nutritional BORG collective. Thanks to those who take the time to care and share their knowledge and experience. Pretty cool.

I have learned so much here. I continue to learn. And I respect other people's viewpoints and opinions. I listen to them.
