yes, what you have access to will help us.
i think that some dehydrated snacks would be good. but, i also think that a more simple approach to eating would be best.
simple salads with nuts or sprouts (for protein). sprouts are easy and inexpensive.
nut milks and smoothies will be easy in blender, and filling!
also, blender soups and/or pate or marinated veggies stuffed in a green wrap such as collard or kale leaf.
for snacks: keep pieces of fruit on hand, that can be eaten OUT of hand.
all of these things take less time. this is mostly how i eat, simply that is. mostly b/c during the week, when i get home from work i have no desire to spend most of my evening making dinner. i want something that i can throw together in under 30 minutes, with emphasis on the UNDER :)
