    Default What about fibrosis?

My son-in-law, who is very fit, and eats about as good a SAD diet as possible, has some fibrosis matter which blocks his vena cava, causing his legs to swell, etc. It's uncomfortable, casuse him to have to put his legs up several times a day, etc. I read in a Zavastas book that RAW can help with "fibrous matter." It's only logical, of course, and I suspect that it is meat which is the culprit here. Who amon gyou knows soemthign aobut this issue??

Well, I can tell you from personal experience that after having fibrocystic breast disease for 15 years, the lumps are totally gone. And that was before I went raw. I was eating macrobiotics. I think the seaweed in particular really helped that problem. I tried not to drink coffee and still periodically did. I'm sure raw would have helped things heal even quicker instead of all of those dead cooked grains. Also, I took primrose oil pills.
