I get mine from Costco, so I think it's widely available.

No, not putting it in your hair or on your nails, it is a supplement that you take in a drink. There are also MSM lotions but they are for the skin. (I guess you could rub it on your nails but the nails don't absorb anything - just the skin). :)

    Default How much?

How much do you take when you say "scoops"?

A teaspoon? Tablespoon? How many, how many times a day, etc.?

    Thanks!

    Red face Hmm

When I first went raw I bruised so easily and the bruises lasted a long time... this went on for at least 4 months, but I can't be sure when it stopped - I just started having no bruises.

I think it may be helpful to drink some green smoothies with stuff like spirulina or extra greens/sea veggies. I can't say for sure that's what did it for me, but the regular smoothies and being raw and I haven't had any bruises for at least 8 months! Woo! :)

P.S. The clumsiness leaves with the increased self confidence and the inner peace... which raw DOES give you!!

You are supposed to take it twice a day. how much you take depends on you. They recommend beginners start at 1/8 or 1/4 teaspoon twice a day and work your way up to 1/2 teaspoon (twice a day).

I notice more results if I take up to 1 tablespoon twice a day. the more you take the faster the results are the general belief.
