    Default sprout bags questions

    Hi sprouters! :)

I just got my first nylon (I think they are) sprout bags, a set of 3. I am going to use them for sprouting but I thought I read somewhere that others use these same bags for nut milks (or is it mylks?), is that true? (I am still reading Alissa's book so forgive me if all this is covered in there)

My biggest question though regarding these bags... how do you wash them? Or dont you? I dont really want to put them in soapy dish water but I dont want to use them without being washed first I dont think. Gosh, I have so much to learn! ;)

    Thanks for the tips!

I have never used Bags..But the process is the same, either wash or rinse the bags. Soak the seeds in the bag, then rinse several times a day. I don't know how large the holes are or how small the seeds are. If they are too small or large.....Soak them in the bag, in a bowl, then rinse several times a day................
