Hello. Many of you remember me following the raw diet at or nearly 100%. Though I'm not eating raw right now, I am still an advocate of the diet and check out all of these threads frequently.
I just wanted to say that I admire everyone following the raw diet and though I'm not 100% right now, I will be aiming towards a very high raw diet (now that Cleveland is warming up!) and hope to assist all of you that are eating raw for your first time.
I hope it's not a conflict if I'm not eating raw currently.
