S.A.D Can i ask what thi actually stands for,i've seen it around the boards heaps and understand it to mean a typical mainstream diet.

Now that i'm writing this is it Standard American Diet ?

I say, Standard All-nations Diet.

Defintely Australian too, or diet is pretty much in line with the US now, Our adult and childhood obesity levels are the same
