Present Moment Cafe St Augustine

I heard about this restaurant on a Web site and decided to check it out. I live in Darien Ga so it was 140 mile drive to go down there.But I had run out of Raw nuts and was Going down to Native Suns whole food store in Jacksonville. and also hit the flea market on beach blvd to pick up some Young Thai Coconuts and Durian. This is a Raw restaurant in every sense of the word. They had a decanter of filtered water at room temperature with a slice of cucumber and a slice of lemon in it. I had the Burrito $10.00 and my friend who is a vegetarian had the special, an egg salad sandwich $7.00 both came with a salad. for dessert we shared a piece of banana, pineapple, coconut cake.$7.00. It was an excellent way to celebrate my 27th day of being 100% raw. The waitress asked what we were doing in St Augustine I told her we had just driven down for lunch. She said she had been RAW for three weeks. I have been about 80% raw since Mar 2004 when I first found Alissa when she was living in Florida. I called to order a book and she was the one answering the phone. Check out Present Moment Cafe on google. or visit it next time you are in North East Fl. It is worth the visit.
