Ya, she was speaking about a lot of the stuff that I have much interest in. What a great listen.:)

Docsharp, et al, I would REALLY love to be able to tell you all that Victoria said, but it was SO much! Seriously...but she talked a lot about their beginnings, the children and how at 8 years old she bought them (from a garage sale or thrift shop...I forget exactly) their own food processor and dehydrator and told them they could make anything they wanted to and she would supply the ingredients BUT, the condition was that they must consume whatever they made. She said they really started creating some wonderful dishes and became better raw chefs than she is!

Then she talked more about the family and then led into how their health plateaued and how she asked almost every raw food expert if they had experienced that and they all said YES...BUT, the "solutions" that they all gave were conflicting where one said they need to eat raw dairy and eggs, another said they need to incorporate 20% cooked food into their diet, etc. She wasn't satisfied with any of that so she started reading every book and report she could get her hands on to find out everything that the RDA recommends and what raw vegan foods supplied those things. She found that there was one food group that had almost every single component except for (I got distracted but I "think" she said B12) and that was, of course, greens.

A lot of what she said is probably covered in the interview she did with Revvell but there were, to me, just a few things that maybe I had never heard her say before or that perhaps I missed in all the other books, interviews and videos I've seen her in. It was just nice hearing her story again.

Also, for those who have missed these podcasts, I believe they will be selling the transcripts at the end of the summit. Who knows how much they will charge, but they will be available if anyone wants them.
