Here are some "Fajitas".
Great, thanks for the tips! I have to try that :) I love dessert recipes but love these main meal ones even better. Love to see what other main courses people can put up!

ok, so I'm brand-new to this stuff, so not the fanciest but:
fudgesicles (first attempt, didn't blend it enough, and it didn't stick to the popsicle piece for whatever reason);
honey-topped fudge pops (made the fudgesicle recipe but w/ less honey then added a layer of honey on top. (used an ice cube tray instead of the popsicle maker) Yummy!)
These are some things I whipped up last week:
Onion Rings (posted on this forum)
Beet Spinach Ravioli (the recipe is from Maraw)
Some more things:
Chocolate Cheesecake (found on gliving.com under Vanessa Sherwood)
Caramaca Super Candy (found on freshtopia.com, it's called Super Candy thanks to original poster)

Frozen Banana Chocolate Torte!
Whew! I have been away and have a bunch of stuff to post but my daughter wanted me to post this first.
I made this torte with leftover chocolate pudding, left over crumble, leftover chocolate sauce and two remaining bananas!
I keep several differant crumbles on hand. I make up a batch then dehydrate it and pop it in a glass jar - it keeps forever!
The measurements are VERY approx. !
Pudding: 1 avocado, 5 dates, vanilla, 2T. agave, 2-4 t. cocoa powder, salt
Crumble: pecans, dates, vanilla, salt
Chocolate sauce: (equal portions of both oils) coconut butter, cocoa butter, agave, cocoa powder, salt
I poped this in the freezer as it makes a great "ice cream" pie and is much easier to cut. Freezing also seems to remove any bitter taste from the avocado pudding.
Chocolate Dipped Fruit
Chocolate dipped fruit; come on. . .sooooo easy sooooo goooood! I also did strawberries but they were eaten before I could get a pic.
Make sauce, dip fruit & freeze for a bit to harden - umm !
See #175 for recipe.
My Thanksgiving Meal Yesterday:
The Spicy Tacos with all the fixings to put on them.
The Tortilla before I ate it.
The Yummy Pumpkin Pie, it was my first time having raw sugar pumpkin.
Piece of the pie with Date Syrup.
Hummus & Tabouli
Creamy BBQ Chipotle Sauce
