Default What's the best juice for Liver and Kidney?

I'd like to do a nice liver and kidney cleanse using juices. So far I'm thinking beet, carrot, asparagus, and parsley...anybody know any other super juices for cleansing the liver and kidney specifically??

    Thanks!

I have both liver and kidney disease. Any juice that will make you swing toward alkaline is particularly good. I especially enjoy daily cabbage juice with almonds. I juice first an apple then without cleaning the juicer I juice the cabbage and add a handful of almonds. I follow the cabbage juice with an apple juice chaser. It also keeps hair its natural color, protect the DNA, and aids the metabolism of estrogen and estrogen by products through the liver. For the kidney in addition to the cabbage juice, a good juice is watermelon juice. If you are having frequent urinary tract infections or bladder infections then cranberry or all blueberry juice is the answer. I have this in the evening with a small one ounce of mineral water.

    I've heard this, too.

I grew my own dandelions last winter, but now I don't know where to find them.

Does anyone know where to get dandelions in the summer? I live in Phoenix, Arizona.

My friend's mom is suffering a disease of kidney and she uses juice of beetroot, i have also seen her using juice of radish. I guess these two juices are good for some problem with kidneys.

Whatever works for you. No one can tell you what's better for you. Can you tolerate 1/2? 1? 2? It's up to your tolerance.

Personally, I don't like garlic in my juice. Perhaps I haven't found the right combination to try it with.
