    Default Testing your pH

I just read through Green For Life, and now I'm interested in testing my pH. In the book, she says she uses litmus paper, but I'm not quite sure where I could find that. Does anybody here test their pH? How often? And do you think it's important?

I tried it once. Got the paper at my health food store. My ph was fine so I haven't tested since.

I got my ph strips at a health food store near me, I test once in a while, it was just so interesting to find out what I tested the first time, which showed in the very good range, while my husband who is a SAD eater tested in the low range. I had to give him a hard time about his & told him he needs to eat more like me.

lol that must've been fun for you, garden granny.

I hadn't even thought of ebay. I'm gonna check it out now, though I won't be able to buy it off there for a while.
